New Modern Studio in Maryville

It was nice and clean Positive: It was very close to our appointment location. Very close to everything.

Positive: Was a great location close to our TN family. Love that it is updated. We enjoyed our stay. Alf & Christie are excellent host. We had a small snafu one evening, Alf was very timely in correcting the issue. We will be back. Negative: My suggestions are completely constructive not personal. The floors were dirty needed mopped badly. Other suggestion, purchase some mattress covers, which need to be washed with bedding after each renter leaves. Comforter appeared dirty. Toilet was dirty, as well as kitchen garbage can. Maybe some mixing bowls, and a full set of silverware. I say these things because you have a nice gig, and I love it, I want to keep coming just a few things would bring it up a level.

The studio is beautiful. I loved the layout. However, it is not made for comfort. Positive: Clean and tidy. Good parking. Negative: Too close to an active road. You could hear the traffic throughout the night and early morning hours. There are no window coverings in the main part of the studio so anyone driving or walking down the street can see inside. The bedroom curtains were ok, however, do not cover the window to block out the street lights. Very lit up at night. The mattress is not soft at all.

Very clean, everything you need. Convenient to everything in Maryville and Knoxville. Christie was easy to contact and replied instantly with any questions we had. We would definitely stay again.
