New, modern & chic, upscale apartment (734, Unit 101 A)

Nice, clean, easy communication with the host and described accurately. Being a pet friendly rental, there was no hair on the furniture and there wasn’t a pet or urine smell. We travel with a small, non-shedding blind schnauzer and we appreciated the cleanliness of the rental as our dog hates nasty smells and so do we. Rental was close enough to walk to Peaceful Side Brewery, Walnut Kitchen and Foothills Mining but due to a foot injury, we used Lyft which was very easy, affordable and put us only 2-3 minute drive (If that long) from these three wonderful places. We would rent again and recommend. One thing to note, there is no stairs to climb and safety bars in the bathroom for older renters or for anyone needing assistance.

Awesome place to stay in Maryville Positive: The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated, has all the amenities needed, and is conveniently located in Maryville. The hosts are close by and are easily reachable if needed. Negative: Nothing.

Super cute and clean apartment. Comfortable stay. Great location. Close to lots of stores and eateries. My husband and I really enjoyed our time here. And good WiFi!

The ownerts were awesome to work with, the property was comfortable and clean when we arrived. We had no issue or problems with anything which isn't always the way it works out with airbnab's. We were close to restaruants, parks and was actually pretty quiet considering we were close to a main street. We'd definitly stay here again and since my kids live here, we will!
